Common questions

The questions we get most.

How do I add an EpochCore agent to watsonx Orchestrate?
Open any agent from the catalog and follow its page to add it to your watsonx Orchestrate workspace. To go faster, use the Prompt Builder — it generates a one-shot skill prompt you can paste straight into Skills → Prompt Lab.
What does "sealed and verifiable" mean?
Every tool output is cryptographically sealed to a tamper-evident DKAP record the moment it's produced. Anyone can later verify that the result is genuine and unchanged — without EpochCore in the loop.
Can I edit the agents or their tools?
No. Agent definitions are approved and immutable on watsonx Orchestrate. The Tools reference documents the exact, locked toolset — it's read-only by design, so what you audit today is what runs tomorrow.
What is the Prompt Builder, exactly?
A generator. You describe what success looks like in plain language; it auto-selects the right agents, orders their tools into one execution chain, adds the orchestration rules — including an 80% human-confidence gate — and a JSON output schema, then hands you a clean prompt to copy and paste.
Which domains do the agents cover?
Seven: capital markets, security, healthcare & life sciences, regulatory & compliance, insurance, media & content, and AI / machine learning — twelve agents in total. See the full catalog.
